Kilometro zero's mission is to let you taste the flavors of the Okanagan valley and the scents of our land by mapping the flavour. This statement was developed specifically for Kilometro Zero to represent the relationship between the place of production and processing, and its proximity to the place of final consumption. In full respect of the seasonality of food, Kilometero Zero guarantees the freshness and traceability of ingredients, introducing to you the growers, farmers, and businesses who work with the restaurant.
